Every work is packed by hand. Shipping is arranged after the piece and destination are confirmed.
Practicalities
Packing
Works are wrapped in archival tissue, protected with padding, and packed in a rigid box. Functional objects are packed with additional protection around hooks, mirrors, and painted edges.
Dispatch
Available works are usually dispatched within five to seven working days after details are confirmed. Commission timelines are agreed before the work begins.
Shipping
Shipping is available across India and worldwide. The cost is quoted separately based on the size, weight, and destination. Tracking details are shared once the work is dispatched.
International orders may attract customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Care
The varnished surface can be dusted gently with a soft, dry cloth. Keep works away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, and abrasive materials.
If something arrives damaged
Please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the work. The studio will do its best to resolve it quickly.
